Maxim Creation – Return & Refund Policy

At Maxim Creation, we take pride in delivering premium quality kaftans and gowns. Every piece is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy is here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is returned in the original packaging.

Note: Due to the delicate nature of gowns and kaftans, any item showing signs of wear, alteration, perfume, makeup stains, or damage will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-measure products.
  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Accessories or add-ons purchased separately.

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at contact@maximcreation.com or WhatsApp at +91 7718836636 within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, share the return shipping address.
  4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  5. One time processing fee of Rs.150 is applicable to initiate refund &  return process.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • One time processing fee of Rs.150 is applicable to initiate refund &  return process.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different size or style, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
