- For custom-made or made-to-measure items, processing may take 7–14 business days before dispatch.
- If there is a delay due to stock availability or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
2. Shipping Methods & Timelines
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
Note: Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, or courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
- Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value (as per promotional offers).
